Arrival & Setup Time:
Royalty Events will arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the event start time to allow for full setup and testing of the 360 Video Booth.

Royalty Events will provide the following:
360 Video Booth: 100cm platform suitable for 4–6 guests
Custom Video Overlay: Personalised overlay for all recordings
Props: Selection of fun props (masks, hats, etc.)
Unlimited Videos: Guests can record unlimited videos during the booking
Service Duration: 3 hour
Payment Summary
Total Fee: €400 *transport fees may apply
Deposit: 100 required
Payment Deadline:
The remaining balance must be paid before 12:00 PM on the day of the event.

Important Notes
A minimum space of 3m x 3m is required for setup
Equipment is fully wireless
Client must ensure venue access for setup and pack-down
Royalty Events will dismantle equipment promptly after the event
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in loss of the €100 deposit
If Royalty Events cannot attend, a full refund will be issued (maximum liability)
